  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


3. Multiple Warehouses & Split Shipments

Dermion works with multiple fulfilment centres, including warehouses located within Australia and overseas.

As a result:

  • Your order may be shipped in multiple parcels
  • Items may arrive at different times
  • Separate tracking numbers may be issued

This does not affect your total shipping cost unless stated otherwise.

Dermion is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Any promotional free shipping offers are subject to specific terms

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, import fees, or charges may apply
  • These fees are determined by the destination country
  • All such charges are the responsibility of the customer

Dermion does not cover customs charges or offer refunds for orders delayed, refused, or returned due to customs regulations.


7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure shipping details are correct at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failure to collect from the carrier
  • Refusal of delivery

Additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order. Refunds are not guaranteed.


8. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


9. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or lost:

We will assist in liaising with the carrier, but delivery outcomes remain subject to the carrier’s investigation process.
